We can convert your Petwhere data to Shelter Pro! 

There are two options. The first is to hire RoseRush Services, LLC to do the conversion for you. This may be desirable if your Petwhere data is particularly problematic. In most cases, this not necessary. Most customers can save money and time by using the do-it-yourself option.

The second option is our do-it-yourself approach, using our standard program. We suggest you try this option. It's faster, it's free, and it's easy. The instructions are further down on this web page.  

Instructions for the PetWhere do-it-yourself option

First. Before downloading these files, you must first install Shelter Pro. Go to our DEMO page and use SETUP.EXE to do this. Make sure Shelter Pro is running and you can access the empty database before moving through this conversion process. If this step is not done, the conversion will not work. 

Second. Download this file and save it to the same folder which contains SHELPRO.EXE. This is usually C:\SHELPRO on your computer's hard disk. 

Third. To start the conversion program, first make sure you are not running Shelter Pro and you are not running Petwhere (exit both programs). Also, if running either Shelter Pro or Petwhere on a network, make sure no other work stations are running either program. 

Now, execute PWCONV.EXE by double-clicking the program using MY COMPUTER. Follow the instructions on the conversion screen. Note that you must know where the Petwhere data files are located on your system. Petwhere data is usually stored in the DATA folder under the PETWHERE directory. 

After running the conversion, exit the conversion program. 

IMPORTANT - use MY COMPUTER and DELETE PWCONV.EXE. We want to make sure this program is not inadvertently run at a later date and the Petwhere data is converted again.
