Portal Order and Pricing information
Customers can purchase Shelter Pro Portal at pricing starting as low as $495. Complete pricing will depend on which platform is required (File-based database, or SQL Server), which modules are required, the number of users required, data conversion cost if required, training if desired, and technical support.

Ready to order? Next steps…
When you are ready to order, print and complete one of the two Shelter Pro Order Forms above, and fax or mail the form to us. If you are a city or county using a Purchase Order system, include a copy of the purchase order and we’ll send an invoice for payment. Once your order is received, you will be contacted for next steps.
Payment Methods…
1) Pay by check
Mail the completed Shelter Pro Order Form and payment to the address on the order form.
2) Credit Card
Payments via credit and debit cards require a 3% handling charge.
- If this is a new order, fax the completed order form to us. Contact information is on the Shelter Pro Order Form.
- Once payment is verified and the order form is received, we will contact you to complete the purchase!
3) Bill me
Fax or mail the completed Shelter Pro Order Form. If your order will be paid by a purchase order, be sure to send a copy of the purchase order also. Our fax and mailing address will be on the order form.
