Main Menu - Shelter Management

The Shelter Management Module is designed to support the record-keeping and reporting needs of typical animal shelter organizations. This includes both public and privately operated agencies (shelters, Humane Societies, SPCAs, rescue groups, etc.). The module is found under the main menu item titled Shelter Management. The module includes the following major event types:

Case Selections

Case View displays the Case View (aka sheltered pet) window for working with an individual Case (data entry, review, print, etc.).
Case File Cabinet displays a window for searching/retrieving Case records.
Pet Match-Adoption Counseling/Pet Screening displays a window for searching/retrieving adoptable pets using behavioral assessments coupled with owner profile elements.
Reports-Cases displays the report generator for printing Case registers.
Web uploads-cases displays a window for uploading pets to PetFinder and/or Adopt-A-Pet.

Medical Selections

Medical File Cabinet displays a window for searching/retrieving medical records.
Reports-Medical displays the report generator for printing Medical registers.

Lost Animal Report Selections

Lost Animal Report View displays the Lost Animal Report View window for working with an individual Lost Animal Report (data entry, review, print, etc.).
Lost Animal Report File Cabinet displays a window for searching/retrieving Lost Animal Report records.

Wish List Request Selections

Wish List Request View displays the Wish List Request View window for working with an individual Wish List Request (data entry, review, print, etc.).
Wish List Request File Cabinet displays a window for searching/retrieving Wish List Request records.

Bite Case Selections

Bite Case View displays the Bite Case View window for working with an individual Bite Case (data entry, review, print, etc.).
Bite Case File Cabinet displays a window for searching/retrieving Bite Case records.
Reports-Bite Cases displays the report generator for printing Bite Case registers.

Animal Database

Displays the animal database for looking up and/or working with animal database entries.

Person Database

Displays the person database for looking up and/or working with person and/or agency/entity entries.
