Incident View - Fees
The Fees tab will show any posted fees (aka Accounting Module Charges) posted as a result of the incident.
Fees associated with incidents are uncommon. Usually when they exist they are due to 'charge backs' being incurred for animal control outsourcing services. Another example where fees might come into play with Incidents would be for field pickup services of owner surrendered pets where the owner incurs a surrender fee and/or pickup charge that is collected in the field by the ACO.
We won't spend too much time discussing fees and Incidents, but it is worth noting that fee postings can be automated via Shelter Pro's Accounting Module. The two charge points associated with Incidents and fee automation are 'Incident Created' and 'Incident Closed'.
