Vet (if known);

Identifiers such as License/Registration tag, Rabies Certificate Number, Microchip(s) and any other form of Registration (such as Dangerous, etc.)

License

License Expired is a button. It is indicating that the pet has been licensed previously, however the license is expired. Clicking this button will open the license history for the pet and is where a renewal or a first-time posting of license would be done. When expired, the label will show in red to draw attention. When current the text color will show green.

The field to the right of the button shows the license tag number assigned when the licensed was issued.

Rabies Vaccination

Vaccination Expired is a button. It is indicating that the pet has been vaccinated previously, however the vaccination is expired. Clicking this button will open the vaccination history for the pet and is where an update or a first-time posting of vaccination would be done. When expired, the label will show in red to draw attention. When current the text color will show green.

The field to the right of the button shows the rabies certificate number assigned when the vaccine was administered.

Microchip

Microchip is a button. It is indicating that the pet has been microchipped. Clicking this button will open the microchip history for the pet and is where an update or a first-time posting of microchip would be done. The field to the right of the button shows the microchip number number of the implanted microchip.

It is possible for a pet to have multiple microchips. Clicking the button will show the 'most recent' chip. You'll also notice if there are other microchip records on the database for the pet.

Other IDs

Other IDs is a button. Clicking this button will open the registration history for the pet and is where an update or a first-time posting of registration would be done. Note that these types of registrations are not the same as licensing/registrations which are mandated by some jurisdictions. Rather, these would be registrations such as 'dangerous dog' registrations or other forms of less common tracking that might be needed.
