Animal Record - ID History

To view the Animal Identification module history for an animal, click the ID History tab.

The list

The ID History tab shows each ID event which has been linked to an animal. This will include Licensing, Vaccination, Microchip, and Registration history.

The events are sorted in chronological order beginning with the most recent event. Each event will show the event date, type, the ID assigned, the current status of the ID record, expiration date, and any other pertinent information. If more detail is required, you can view the underlying event by clicking the View Record button, or double-click the entry.
