Exporting Person Data

To export person data from your person database, Person Database Deep Search. You can access this from the Person Database by clicking the Deep Search button.

On the Person Database Deep Search window, enter the search criteria to get the persons to be exported. In this example, we will use the 'show all persons' list. Notice the search results finds 212 person records.

Notice the Export button in the screen sample above. When the button is clicked you will see the Print Forms window.

Provide the export file a name (like 'PersonDatabaseExport' was used in this example. Then click OK to create the export file. Upon completion of the export you'll be able to work with the file using other tools like Excel, Notepad, etc.
