The Non Matches tab will show shelter cases which are not potential matches for the Lost Report.

The example indicates there are twenty-five shelter cases which were not potential matches. A non-matching case may be viewed by clicking on the case and clicking the 'View record' button (or double-clicking on the case).
Side By Side non-match example
To view more details about the comparison between the lost report and shelter pet, click the 'Side By Side' button. Notice how the side by side is showing each comparison that is done to determine the match possibility between a lost animal report and a sheltered pet. In this example, the results show multiple 'Fail' results (notice there are red comparison results). Therefore, this lost animal report and the shelter pet are viewed as a 'non-match'.
