Case View - Disposition Examples
The following are Disposition Examples within The Shelter Management Module, under Case View Details. While these examples are very common, there is the potential for their to be other options that have been 'customized' in your organization's Shelter Pro.
Adopted

In this example, the animal was adopted. The 'Owner at Dispostion' is set to Jane Doe indicating that Jane adopted the animal. Note that once this is selected, Shelter Pro auto sets Current Owner to also be Jane Doe.
Return to Owner

In this example, the animal was owner redeemed. The 'Owner at Dispostion' is set to Jane Doe indicating that Jane redeemed the animal. Note that once this is selected, Shelter Pro auto sets Current Owner to also be Jane Doe.
Citizen to Owner Return

In this instance, the citizen who found the pet returns it to its proper owner. Notice the REASON value was set to FOUND indicating the pet was not physically taken in by the facility. The 'Owner at Disposition' was identified as Beth Kahn. Note that once this is selected, Shelter Pro auto sets Current Owner to also be Beth Kahn.
Euthanized

In this case, the animal was euthanized by Sheila Bennet. Notice that when euthanized is selected, Shelter Pro automatically sets the Deceased indicator in the top right. An 'Owner at Disposition' is not identified in this scenario.
Rescued

In this example, the animal was rescued by a rescue group. Owner at Disposition is set to the entity POODLE RESCUE. The current owner is also automatically changed to POODLE RESCUE.
RTO - Clinic

In this example, the animal was brought to the facility for purposes of a clinic visit (note the REASON value CLINIC VISIT). The animal left as RTO-CLINIC, indicating the animal left the facility with the owner after the clinic visit was completed.
