Case View - Modifying the owner notification
It is possible to modify the owner notification status of a comparison. This would be appropriate if it is determined in the side by side view that a match was found, and the user has notified the owner via email, text, or phone.
Note that the notification setting 'via Shelter Pro Portal' is reserved and can only be set when Shelter Pro Portal has notified the owner via email.
Notice in this example that the owner notification was changed from 'Not notified' to 'Email, Text, or phone call'.
