Incident Records
Each occurrence (call, patrol, investigation) within animal control that will involve some form of ACO field work and/or reporting should be recorded in Shelter Pro as an Incident. To access the Incident View, from the Shelter Pro main menu select Animal Control, then Incident View.
Note that the terminology 'Incident' can be changed in Shelter Pro through a simple customization. It could be called something more meaningful to your department (such as Complaint, or Call). For purposes of this document, the term Incident will be used.
