My Shelter Pro - Staging Folders
Staging folders are settings which assist with integration with third-party camera and scanner devices. The software which is packaged with these devices should allow you to specify the folder where new photos/scans are stored. These same folder settings should specified within your Shelter Pro to help streamline the process of attaching files created by these devices to Shelter Pro event records.

To access this feature, select System/My Shelter Pro from the main menu.
Photo Staging Folder
Set this to the cameras storage folder. When viewing Shelter Pro's photo viewer and Add Photo is clicked the software will automatically open this folder so the photo can be quickly chosen and connected to the record.
Document Staging Folder
Set this to the scanners storage folder. When viewing the documents under any of the 'Documents' tabs and Add Image is clicked the software will automatically open this folder so the scanned image can be quickly chosen and connected to the record.
