Incident View - Citation

Citation record integration

The Citation tab will show any citation(s) issued as a result of the incident. To view any details, double-click the record or click 'View Record'.

The 'Issue Citation' button should be clicked when a Citation is issued as a result of the Incident. This is significant because this is how Shelter Pro knows to automatically connect the citation to the incident because the two record are related. When the incident is later opened/reviewed any connected citation will be immediately known and easily accessible from this tab. This is one of the many integration features in Shelter Pro as the Animal Control Incident and Citation records are 'talking' with each other.
