Person Record - Event History

The Event History tab shows the historical records that the person has been connected with.

The list

This will include shelter cases, incidents, citations, traps, lost reports, wish list requests, donations, etc.

The events are sorted in chronological order beginning with the most recent event. Each event will show the event date, type, a short description, and other information.

Tip - If more detail is required, you can view the underlying event by clicking the View Record button, or double-click the entry.

Interpreting the data

Let's take a look at how to interpret the list records.

Incident 567 - this row indicates Jane was the Animal Owner identified with animal control incident 567. The incident occurred due a pet being stray and the animal was impounded.
Case dated 07-04-2019 - this row indicates Jane was the Owner at intake of an impounded animal. The animal was and ACO pick up and was identified to be a male Airedale Terrier. The Shelter Case is in a status of Holding which indicates the pet is currently in the shelter.
Lost Animal dated 06-27-2019 - this row indicates Jane reported a pet as being lost. The lost animal was identified to be a male Airedale Terrier. The lost report shows a status of open indicating the pet has not yet been recovered.

Here's a few more examples.

04-18-2019 - Jane adopted a male Maine Coon.
04-13-2019 - Jane adopted a male Shepherd.
03-12-2019 - Jane adopted a male American Shorthair.
