Case Reports

To access the Case Reports, from the Shelter Pro main menu select Shelter Management, then Reports-Cases. This report generator is used to generate reports on shelter case records.

Date Range Reports

Case Statistics

This report is statistical for all Cases within the specified date range.

Intake Register / Intake Register (Photos&Details)

This report lists all case intakes where the 'intake date' is within the specified date range. The Photos&Details version is more detailed and includes each animal's primary photo.

Disposition Register / Disposition Register (Photos&Details)

This report lists all case dispositions where the 'disposition date' is within the specified date range. The Photos&Details version is more detailed and includes each animal's primary photo.

Disposition Register with IDS

This report lists all case dispositions where the 'disposition date' is within the specified date range. The report will include the pet's license identifier, rabies identifier, microchip id, and owner information (name, address, phones, etc).

Dispositioned - Follow-ups Overdue

This report lists all case dispositions where the 'disposition date' is within the specified date range. The report will include shelter case pets with a follow-up date that is due or overdue as the date the report is run. 'Follows-ups' will include spay/neuter proof due, license proof due, and/or vaccination proof due.

Dispositioned - Not Sterilized

This report lists all case dispositions where the 'disposition date' is within the specified date range. The report will include shelter case pets which are not known to be sterilized (the 'sterilized' checkbox on the animal is not marked).

Open cases - Treatments Projected

This report lists open cases where are medical treatment will become due within the specified date range. This would include future/scheduled treatments, and vaccinations that will expire with the date range.

This report lists closed cases where are medical treatment will become due within the specified date range. This would include future/scheduled treatments, and vaccinations that will expire with the date range.

Shelter Animals Count

This is a statistical report for customers who participate the the national database known as Shelter Animals Count.

Monthly -Daily Average Animal Count

This report measure daily average animal occupancy within the specified date range.

Open Case List / Open Case List (Detailed)

This report lists all cases which were open at some point in time within the specified date range. The Photos&Details version is more detailed and includes each animal's primary photo.

For example, setting the date range to 03/08/2019 - 03/08/2019 would cause this report to include any case record that was open on 03/08/2019 to be included.

Status Reports

Current Case List / Current Case List (Photos&Details)

This report lists currently open cases. In other words, cases where the disposition is empty at the time the report is generated. The Photos&Details version is more detailed and includes each animal's primary photo.

Adoption Available List / Adoption Available List (Photos&Details)

This report lists currently open cases which have a current status containing "ADOPTION AVAIL" in the first 14 characters. The Photos&Details version is more detailed and includes each animal's primary photo.

Current Stray List / Current Stray List (Photos&Details)

This report lists currently open cases which have a case reason containing "STRAY" in the first 5 characters. The Photos&Details version is more detailed and includes each animal's primary photo.

Evaluation Due List / Evaluation Due List (Photos&Details)

This report lists open cases with an evaluation date that is due or overdue at the time the report is generated. The Photos&Details version is more detailed and includes each animal's primary photo.

Current Cases - Treatments Due Today

This report lists open cases where are medical treatment is due or overdue at the time the report is generated. This would include scheduled treatments, and vaccinations that are expired.
