Case View - Lost Animal Reports Potential Matches
The Potential Matches list will show lost reports that are a possible match to the shelter/case pet. The example below indicates there are four lost reports which are potential matches.

Match Note
The match note is a short description of why the comparison of the lost report to the shelter/case animal are considered a potential match, or a non-match. Notice in the example how each note indicates 'Pass...' in the notation.
Owner Notification
These notations are indicating if the owner has been notified that the shelter has a pet that is a potential match. In other words, if the owner has been notified that their lost pet might have been recovered.
Side By Side
When reviewing the list, use the 'Side By Side' to view the detailed comparisons that Shelter Pro uses to determine if a pet is match or non-match.
Side By Side potential match example
Notice how the side by side is showing each comparison that is done to determine the match possibility between a lost animal report and a sheltered pet. In this example, each comparison shows no 'Fail' results (notice there are only yellow and green comparisons, none are red). Therefore, this lost animal report and the shelter pet are viewed as a 'potential' match.
