Note: These examples are to highlight some common uses of the file cabinet. The examples do not include every possible combination of filters as there are too many to be practical. But these should provide enough to help you get the 'feel' for how the file cabinet functions.

In this example, notice the status selection of 'Adoption Available'. In our sample, this results in 21 records being listed in the results. All are 'in-shelter' animals which are currently available for adoption.
Case File Cabinet Example - Adoption Available Cats/Kittens
In this example, notice the status selection of 'Adoption Available', species 'CAT', age 'KITTEN'. In our sample, this results in 3 records being listed in the results. All are 'in-shelter' animals which are currently available for adoption, all 3 are kittens'
Case File Cabinet Example - Evaluation Due
In this example, notice the status selection of 'Evaluation Due'. In our sample, this results in 67 records being listed in the results. All are 'in-shelter' animals with an 'evaluation due' date which is due today, or overdue as of today.
Case File Cabinet Example - Adopted in 2019
In this example, notice the status selection of 'Adopted', and Disp Date range of 01/01/2019 - 12/31/2019. In our sample, this results in 13 records being listed in the results. All are 'ADOPTED' animals where the adoption was completed in calendar year 2019.
