Case View - Citation

In some instances, the shelter case may have a connected citation. This may be the case as a result of these scenarios:

The case is connected to an animal control incident, and the incident has a connected citation;
The shelter pet is dispositioned as return to owner (aka owner redeemed). Note that it is possible to have Shelter Pro auto-issue a citation for the pet being at large upon disposition processing when the owner is identified.

Tip - Animal Control Module Integration
This is one of the many integration features in Shelter Pro as the Animal Control and Shelter Management Modules are 'talking' with each other. Note that this tab will not be shown if the Animal Control module is not being used.

Note that this tab is read only. The information cannot be changed. If you need to edit the Citation, then the citation must be accessed via the Citation File Cabinet under the Animal Control module.
