Animal IDs - Reports

To access the report generator for the Animal Identification module, from the Shelter Pro main menu select Animal Identification, then Reports-Animal IDs. This report generator is used to generate reports on animal identification records.

Tip - Short versus Detailed reporting
Many of the reports in the module have a 'short' and a 'detailed' version. Depending on the desired outcome of generating a particular report, you can adjust which version to run.

Date Range Reports

License Issued Register

This report generates a list of license records where the effective date is within the specified date range.

License Expiration Register

This report generates a list of license records where the expiration date is within the specified date range.

Rabies Vacc Register

This report generates a list of vaccination records where the effective date is within the specified date range, and the vaccination type is a 'rabies' vaccination.

Rabies Expiration Register

This report generates a list of vaccination records where the expiration date is within the specified date range, and the vaccination type is a 'rabies' vaccination.

Vacc Register

This report generates a list of vaccination records where the effective date is within the specified date range.

Vacc Expiration Register

This report generates a list of vaccination records where the expiration date is within the specified date range.

Microchip Issued Register

This report generates a list of microchip records where the effective date (this would typically be the implant date) is within the specified date range.

Microchip Expiration Register

This report generates a list of microchip records where the expiration date is within the specified date range. (note that microchips typically don't 'expire', but this report is there just in case it's useful for whatever reason!)

Registration Issued Register

This report generates a list of registration (aka other IDs) records where the effective date is within the specified date range.

Registration Expiration Register

This report generates a list of registration (aka other IDs) records where the expiration date is within the specified date range.

Status Reports

IDs/Vaccs Current Register

This report lists all ID records that are current (aka not expired) at the time the report is generated.

IDs/Vaccs Expired Register

This report lists all ID records that are expired at the time the report is generated.

No license or vacc-Owner Known

This report lists animals with a known owner who are missing a license OR are missing a vaccination record at the time the report is generated.

No license or vacc-Owner unknown

This report lists animals without a known owner who are missing a license OR are missing a vaccination record at the time the report is generated.

No license-Owner Known

This report lists animals with a known owner who are missing a license at the time the report is generated.

No license-Owner unknown

This report lists animals without a known owner who are missing a license at the time the report is generated.

No vacc-Owner Known

This report lists animals with a known owner who are missing a vaccination at the time the report is generated.

No vacc-Owner unknown

This report lists animals without a known owner who are missing a vaccination at the time the report is generated.

No microchip-Owner Known

This report lists animals with a known owner who are missing a microchip at the time the report is generated.

No microchip-Owner unknown

This report lists animals without a known owner who are missing a microchip at the time the report is generated.

No registration (other ID)-Owner Known

This report lists animals with a known owner who are missing a registration (other ID) at the time the report is generated.

No registration (other ID)-Owner unknown

This report lists animals without a known owner who are missing a registration (other ID) at the time the report is generated.

Pet owner/address list with license info

This report lists animals with a known owner and includes the owner's street address.

Animal ID/Statistics

This report lists record count statistics for each of the Animal Identification module's record categories (licenses, vaccinations, microchips, registration (other IDs). The counts include the following:

1. Current
2. Expired and not deceased
3. Historical
4. Deceased
5. No ID record, owner known
6. No ID record, owner unknown
