The Person tab
Use this tab to customize functionality for handling features related to dealing with users (aka citizens/pet owners).
When email is sent to a citizen/portal user...
These specify how an email that is sent through the portal to a citizen is identified in their incoming email box. When a an email is received, the citizen with see the 'sender email address' as the email address which sent the email, and it will be the 'reply to' email address. The 'Sender Name' will show in their incoming email box as the source of the email.
Address updates
These specify if a citizen is able to change their physical and/or mailing address when logged into their account. In this example, a citizen is able to update both addresses via their portal account.
In this example, a citizen is not allowed to update their physcial address, but is allowed to update their mailing address.
