The Animal Control tab
Use this tab to customize functionality for handling features related to the Animal Control module.
Show unpaid citations
This determines if a pet owner's citation(s) with an unpaid balance will be displayed, and can be paid using their portal account.
Note: To be able to pay citations online, it is necessary to be using the "transactional with online payments" model as it allows for online payments via card.
This sample demonstrates what a pet owner with an unpaid citation will see when logged into their account.
