Customize Form Text (Shelter Pro Portal)
The Form Text tab
Use this tab to customize the various text 'blurbs' which are relevant to Shelter Pro Portal. Use 'Select the form to be customized' to choose a blurb.
Portal Account Setup
This is text that prints at the beginning of a form body (such as a license renewal reminder) for a person/citizen who has not setup their portal account for login purposes. This text should instruct the recipient on how to access the website. The text will also include the recipient's 'quick account setup' code to aid with establishing their portal account.

Portal Reminder
This is text that prints at the beginning of a form body (such as a license renewal reminder) for a person/citizen who has setup their portal account for login purposes. This text should instruct the recipient on how to access the website. The text will also include the person's email address that was used to last access their portal account.

Website Logged In Welcome Paragraph
This is text that prints as the intro paragraph a citizen will see when they login to their online account. This text should be generic, and relatively short.

Website License Text
This text defines the terms content that a person is 'accepting' when they apply for a pet license via the site.

Website License POR (proof of rabies vaccination) Text
This text defines the messaging that a person sees regarding any requirements about providing proof that a pet is current on its rabies vaccination when licensing their pet via the site. If your organization does not require proof of rabies vaccination for licensing, you can ignore this.

Website License POS (proof of sterilization) Text
This text defines the messaging that a person sees regarding any requirements about providing proof that a pet is sterilized when licensing their pet via the site. If your organization does not require proof of sterilization for licensing, you can ignore this. However, it's very common that owners are given a price discount when their pet is sterilized. In this case, this text blurb is relevant.

Website License POC (proof of microchip) Text
This text defines the messaging that a person sees regarding any requirements about providing proof that a pet is microchipped when licensing their pet via the site. If your organization does not require proof of microchip, you can ignore this.
