Portal Reminder

This text will be printed on any form where specifying the option of an online account would be pertinent, and the person receiving a notice (usually a pet owner) previously setup an online account. Notice how the 'form to be customized' is selected, and the text that will be printed when this 'blurb' will be included.

License/Vaccination Renewal - example

In this example, we will use the "license / vaccination renewal reminder". To access this form, see CUSTOMIZE/ANIMAL IDS/FORM TEXT.

Note the following:

1. LICENSE/VACCINATION RENEWAL form is selected;
2. Include portal access on this form is enabled;
3. The other text that is relevant to this form is defined. This text will be printed below the Portal Account Setup text.
