Reports-Incidents is used to generate Incident reports.
The Report Selections
Complete Incident Register
This report lists all incidents which are complete, within the specified date range.
Complete Incident Register with Animal info
The report lists all incidents which are complete, within the specified date range. It is the same list of records as would be printed by the Complete Incident Register, however the details around any animal linked to the incidents is included in this report.
Incident Count/Time Summary
This report is statistics for all incidents within the specified date range.
Incident Count by Hour of Origination
The report counts incidents originated by hour of day. It is intended to show the 'busy times' of the day to assist with staffing requirements.
Incidents Unassigned
This report lists incidents which have not yet been assigned.
Incidents assigned, awaiting outcome
This report lists incidents which have been assigned, but are not yet considered complete.
Incidents pending
This report lists incidents which have a current status of pending.
