Reports-Citations is used to generate Citation reports.
The Report Selections
Citation Issued Register
This report lists all citations which are complete, within the specified date range.
Citation Paid Register
This report lists all Citations which are issued within the specified date range, and are considered paid.
Citation Unpaid Register
This report lists all Citations which are issued within the specified date range, and are considered unpaid.
Citation Without Fine Register
The report counts citations originated by hour of day. It is intended to show the 'busy times' of the day to assist with staffing requirements.
Citation Dismissed
This report lists citations which have been dismissed.
Citations offense count stats
This report is statistical for all violation counts that were recorded within the specified date range.
Correction due register
This report allows you to filter through "correction due" dates and produce a register of those citations.
Corrected Register Corrected Register is a report of citations that were corrected within the specified date range. Escalation not closed register This report would include citations that were escalated but are not yet closed.
Escalation closed register This register would include escalated citations where the escalation was closed within the specified date range.
